never even got them

Never even received my order. Went to pick up in store and the wait for an online order pickup at jewelry counter was over an hour/even when I tried to do curbside pickup. But I was still charged. Don’t shop with macys online. Get deliveries if you have to shop with them.

NOT EXACTLY WHAT'S PICTURED

2 out of the 3 pair were what was pictured. the 3rd pair that look like cz heart studs where a totally different pair. Disappointed! supplier needs tp ship what is pictured or state in description you may not receive exactly what is pictured.
